Job Description

Senior Director, Development – Data Center Construction

QTS Data Centers

• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location • Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes • Manage the delivery of these projects, this position aligns clients’ objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization • Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget • Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
  • Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
  • Be able to be on site in West Texas 100% of the time
  • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects
  • Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
  • Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment, RCDD a plus.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff
  • Ability to influence cross-discipline teams
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.

The Field Based Associate Director Market Access Germany is responsible for the development and implementation of German regional market access strategies to secure and optimize reimbursement, pricing and access conditions for argenx product portfolio. The role acts as the key interface between the company and regional stakeholders such as statutory health insurance funds, health authorities, hospital stakeholders, KOLs, and other decision-makers. The Field Based Associate Director Market Access Germany ensures alignment of local implementation with national access strategies, builds trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders, and helps secure sustainable reimbursement and funding pathways in their region. Close collaboration with Commercial and Medical Field Force is essential.
