Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across our Microsoft technology offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and proactive engagement. - Generate high-quality leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for our Senior Business Consultants. - Work closely with marketing to execute focused campaigns that drive awareness and interest. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners to support referral activity. - Keep accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline progress within our CRM. - Produce lead reports and analyse performance to continuously improve conversion rates. - Align outreach activity with business strategy, sales priorities, and market trends. - Complete all mandatory training within required timeframes. - Stay informed on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. Qualifications - Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development - ideally within the technology or SaaS sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging prospects at all levels. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. - A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential. Requirements - Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Self-sufficient, organised, and able to follow or create structure where needed. - Strong working knowledge of CRM and Excel. - Confident in both internal and customer-facing meetings. - Skilled in reporting and pipeline management. - Tenacious, resilient, and motivated by achieving results. Desired Skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
