Key Responsibilities - Lead and support Senior Field Application Specialists, focusing on field execution and team development - Coordinate operational activities including demos, training, product testing, and deployments - Build and refine SOPs, workflows, and playbooks to support scalable operations - Ensure alignment across teams on product knowledge, market strategy, and operational standards - Act as the primary SME for Law Enforcement use cases and UAS integration - Gather and translate field insights into product and operational improvements - Support development of proposals, customer documentation, and training programs - Ensure compliance with applicable law enforcement operational standards (county/state) - Build relationships with key stakeholders across the law enforcement ecosystem - Stay current on market trends, mission priorities, and evolving LE needs - Represent Draganfly at client meetings, demos, and industry engagements - Maintain accurate records and insights within CRM tools Qualifications - FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required) - 6+ years of experience in UAS operations or UAS applications (public safety, military, or enterprise) - Direct experience within Law Enforcement (required) - Experience delivering customer-facing training, demonstrations, or field support - Strong understanding of UAS systems, payloads, mission planning, and troubleshooting - Experience integrating drones into law enforcement workflows Nice to have - Experience with Drone as First Responder (DFR), Search & Rescue, or Disaster Response - Familiarity with MAVLink-based systems - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) - Previous leadership or program management experience Benefits - Competitive salary: $95,000 – 120,000 CAD - Equity / Stock Options: Participation in the company’s stock option plan, providing long‑term ownership and alignment with company growth. - Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, including a Health Spending Account (HSA). - Matching RRSP program to support long‑term financial planning. - Generous time‑off program, including vacation, wellness days, and the full week off between Christmas and New Year’s. - Professional development support, including assistance toward obtaining your FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or equivalent training required for operational roles.
