Damit wir diese Kunden auch zum Ende ihrer Leasinglaufzeit professionell betreuen und attraktive Folgeangebote unterbreiten können, schaffen wir eine spezialisierte Verkaufsstelle für diesen Bereich. Dein #JobForMobilty: - Du bearbeitest aktiv unsere Leasingrückläufer aus dem Online-Vertrieb. - Du nimmst telefonischen und digitalen Kontakt mit auslaufenden Leasingkunden auf. - Du erstellst Bedarfsermittlungen und passende Folgeangebote. - Du nutzt spezielle Angebotsmodelle für den Online-Vertrieb. - Du verfolgst offene Angebote und Wiedervorlagen konsequent. - Du strukturierst und dokumentierst alle Kundenkontakte im System. - Du berätst unsere Kunden abschlussorientiert. - Du übergibst geeignete Kunden an Filialen, wenn dort eine intensivere Betreuung oder ein anderes Angebotsmodell sinnvoller ist. - Du arbeitest eng mit Online- und Filial-Vertrieb sowie zentralen Einheiten zusammen.
