Role Description You’re currently working somewhere in Europe, but you can imagine more sun, stepping out of your comfort zone, and ultimately a better lifestyle? We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple international projects across different sectors (e-commerce, tech, automotive, tourism, and more). Some roles are office-based in Athens, while selected positions also allow full remote work from the Greek mainland and the islands. If you speak one of the following languages on a native or near native level, this could be for you: - German - Dutch - Swedish - Polish Your Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat - Support customers with questions about products, services, orders or general account topics - Update and maintain customer records - Ensure a friendly, professional and solution oriented customer experience Qualifications - Fluency in one of the languages listed above (written & spoken) - Good level of English - Customer oriented mindset and problem solving skills - Willingness to work in shifts (depending on project) - Minimum age: 18 - Legal authorization to work within the European Union Benefits - Competitive base salary aligned with the local market between 1.200 – 1.700 EUR gross per month plus performance bonuses - Flight to Greece fully covered - Up to 4 weeks of free accommodation upon arrival (depending on language/project) - we will discuss every detail in our first conversation - Support with finding long-term housing - Full assistance with administrative processes - Paid training and continuous coaching - International, modern work environment - Free Greek language courses - Social activities, sports events and excursions Hiring Process - Apply online by sharing your updated CV in English and answering a few short, basic questions - We will reach out to you by mail to schedule a first information call to walk you through all important details and conditions and answer your questions - After the call, you will receive an invite to an online assessment - Based on your assessment results, we will together identify the most suitable project and starting date - Once matched, we will start the hiring process together
