Radiology Partners

• Relay urgent and nonurgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers across multiple hospital systems. • Communicate urgent and non-urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers across multiple hospital systems. • Serve as a key point of contact, resolving communication issues and supporting patients, physicians, technologists, and radiologists. • Facilitate timely call transfers and direct communication between referring physicians and radiologists when needed. • Ensure critical findings, STAT reads, and pertinent positive results are delivered to the appropriate healthcare professional while maintaining HIPAA compliance and answering general reporting-related questions within approved guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of radiology technology experience, with strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations preferred
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities with a high sense of urgency.
