You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards. How you will contribute You will: - Provide training on CI tools and techniques. May require flexibility for some off-shift flexibility due to business requirements Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $69,800 to $87,250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
