• Gather customer needs and derive requirements for IT applications • Analyze business processes, organization and systems and develop concrete optimizations • Support software development in collaboration with Product Owners and create requirement specifications in line with the target architecture • Ensure the quality of developed solutions through end-to-end testing and validation • Enable a simple, highly automated customer experience and support our customers and business units
Job Requirements
- Degree (University / FH / HF) in Computer Science or Business Informatics
- Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering
- Practical experience with interfaces, data flows, monitoring, incident, change and release management, as well as operations
- Experience in agile software development and solution design, e.g., DevSecOps and SAFe; familiar with Confluence and Jira; knowledge of ITIL and eTOM
- Analytical, strong in conceptual thinking, and technically proficient
- Communicative, enthusiastic and assertive
- Enjoys collaboration and shows high initiative
- Very good German and good English
