• Implement and manage Encryption Data Security Platforms that protect sensitive data at rest in accordance with RRD IT Governance policies. • Administer centralized Key Management (KMS) and manage encryption policies across databases, file systems, and cloud storage where applicable. • Support audit and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC2, PCI, HIPAA) regarding data encryption. • Manage Luna Hardware Security Module (HSM) partitions for high-assurance cryptographic operations (signing, hashing, and root key storage). • Manage and optimize all Backup & Replication environments, including virtual, physical, and cloud workloads. • Oversee backup job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure 100% success rates. • Perform regular backup/restore testing to validate the recoverability of critical systems. • Administer technologies that extend real-time replication and continuous data protection (CDP). • Update and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and lead quarterly failover drills to meet RTO/RPO targets. • Ensure site-to-site connectivity and storage consistency during recovery scenarios. • Coordinate through the change management process to move, install, upgrade, remove and configure site IT assets and supporting infrastructure.

• Hands-on development, calibration, validation, and application of travel demand models (trip-based and/or activity-based) • Implement, enhance, and maintain travel-demand models • Apply and refine mode choice models and advanced discrete choice frameworks • Develop and apply dynamic traffic assignment (DTA) and multimodal modeling approaches • Contribute to or develop model components, tools, or extensions in C++ or other high-performance languages, as appropriate • Diagnose and resolve model and code issues, ensuring robust, efficient, and reproducible outputs • Support integration between modeling platforms, scripting environments, and core software components • Lead technical discussions with clients while remaining actively involved in analytical work • Provide technical mentorship through code reviews, modeling guidance, and collaborative problem-solving • Contribute to automation, performance optimization, and workflow improvements • Support proposal development and technical approach writing

• Perform and supervise NBIS Routine, Rope Access, or Underwater bridge inspections. • Inspect highway structures and assist in the design of small to large multi-discipline projects. • Perform bridge load ratings and rehabilitation recommendations based on observed conditions. • Travel up to 50% of each month.

• Ensure systems align with real-world production workflows, tools, and operational constraints. • Define domain-specific acceptance criteria and quality standards for outputs. • Identify workflow mismatches early and guide teams toward solutions that fit existing production environments. • Validate prototypes and systems within realistic production scenarios, including edge cases and constraints. • Provide actionable feedback on usability, quality, and workflow integration. • Ensure outputs align with established domain standards, including formats, conventions, and downstream requirements. • Contribute directly to the development of new applied ML capabilities through validation scripts, data preparation workflows, evaluation datasets, prototype utilities, model behavior analysis, and integration tooling. • Partner with Applied ML Engineers to translate complex domain requirements into testable specifications, model behavior expectations, prototype workflows, and production-ready system behaviors. • Work with the ML Behavior Systems Team to ensure systems meet defined evaluation and quality standards.
