• Develop and implement IAM solutions that align with organizational security goals and business objectives. • Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies. • Implement and manage secure authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO). • Secure directory services such as Entra ID to ensure seamless identity integration. • Design and manage privileged access solutions to secure sensitive accounts. • Leverage automation tools to streamline IAM processes. • Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Assist in responding to IAM-related security incidents.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, ConductorOne, and CyberArk.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices, threat prevention, and IAM’s role in organizational security frameworks.
