• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our new AI team to help shape and ship a reimagined way of capturing your work and growth, aligned with your manager and the business. Our work spans both net new surfaces inside Lattice and the external tools our customers already work in. • This is a new, experimental team at Lattice making a different bet about AI. We're figuring out what AI looks like when it's truly built into how managers, employees, and HR leaders do their best work, and nobody has fully figured this out yet. We're building this together, so we're looking for someone who's eager to rethink traditional roles and flex into whatever the work needs. • This role is perfect for designers who are experimental, energized by ambiguity, and want to help bring our AI vision to life, both inside Lattice and in the tools we integrate with. You think across multiple personas, care deeply about creating a great Lattice user experience guided by AI, and want to help us contribute to a cohesive system for AI experiences across the product.
