We're looking for a VP of Growth Marketing who can hold both of those truths at once - and build the marketing engine that makes buyers believe we'll keep them ahead of the curve. You'll unite brand and demand under one integrated strategy, lead a team of four plus agency partners, report directly to the CMO, and help shape the repositioning that defines Arcoro's next chapter. What You Will Be Doing: Brand, Demand & Expand This role owns the full marketing motion - brand awareness that builds credibility, and demand generation that drives pipeline. You'll connect them into a cohesive strategy that moves buyers at every stage and reinforces Arcoro as the partner that calms their chaos and keeps construction companies ahead. Demand Generation & Pipeline - Own the full demand generation strategy for new logo acquisition and expansion, across paid, organic, and other channels - Oversee paid and organic programs, including paid search (managed with agency partner Smarty) and a website that attracts and converts - Lead campaign strategy and execution; establish goals, measures of success, and document performance reviews - Direct marketing operations strategy; oversee administration, email, landing pages, and marketing/prospecting dashboards through Nomad (Marketing Ops Agency) and the Marketing Operations Analyst - Own SEO as a revenue channel - set the strategy, hold the team accountable to organic traffic and conversion outcomes, and ensure the website earns and converts qualified buyers - Define and champion an AEO strategy that ensures Arcoro earns placement in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and emerging platforms; benchmark performance and stay ahead of how construction buyers are finding solutions Brand & Content - Shape and steward Arcoro's brand through a repositioning that honors deep construction expertise while signaling bold forward momentum - Lead thought leadership content, educational webinars, PR and external communications, and social media strategy - Oversee copywriting, content planning, and editorial calendar through the Copywriter - Build a brand voice that attracts buyers who want a partner keeping them ahead of the curve - not just a vendor managing their data - Develop customer-facing content that educates and creates demand for Arcoro's broader product suite, supporting cross-sell and expansion revenue Innovation & Marketing Intelligence - Champion AI and emerging marketing technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team - from content production and campaign operations to research, reporting, and personalization - Model the innovation mindset Arcoro is bringing to its product: introduce new approaches, experiment with new channels, and bring thinking that challenges the status quo - Create a team culture that delivers value to both prospects and team members - where new ideas are welcomed and performance is expected Team & Operations - Lead, develop, and retain a team including Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Campaign & Project Manager, and Marketing Operations Analyst - Manage agency and external partner relationships and accountability - Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership on GTM data alignment, process management, attribution, and pipeline reporting - Build and maintain a culture of accountability, experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement Must Haves/Competencies: - 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a VP or CMO-level role - Proven track record of owning both brand/content and demand generation - you don't think of these as separate functions - Experience shaping or executing a brand repositioning, including managing the tension between established credibility and forward momentum - Understanding of SEO strategy; working knowledge of AEO and AI search visibility as an emerging discipline - Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers; construction, field services, or workforce management experience a strong plus - Strong HubSpot / marketing automation proficiency; comfortable in the data and able to hold teams accountable to pipeline metrics - Experience managing agencies and external partners alongside internal teams - A builder's mindset - you've shaped brands, built teams, and created playbooks where none existed - Clear, direct communicator who can translate strategy to execution and executive audiences alike Perks and Benefits: - Competitive salary - 401(k) with Company match - Medical/Dental/ Vision, STD/LTD, Life Insurance - Flexible PTO and Company-paid holidays - Remote/Hybrid Work About the Company A rapidly growing SaaS company, Arcoro offers proven modular HR solutions for the construction and contracting industries.
