The role: We are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry and expansion into providing innovative cashless solutions. This pivotal role focuses on promoting our state-of-the-art cashless, which offer not only cashless payment capabilities through RFID/NFC technology but also sophisticated access control for music festivals, sports events, and more across Brazil. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing strategic partnerships, penetrating new markets, and ensuring that our solutions redefine attendee experience by offering convenience, security, and efficiency. What You'll Do - Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to introduce and expand Fever’s cashless solutions within the sports hospitality and music festival industries, identifying key opportunities for growth and adoption. - Partnership Cultivation: Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and other relevant stakeholders, aligning our technology solutions with their operational needs and enhancing event experiences. - Sales Leadership: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, crafting customized presentations, proposals, and contracts that address the unique needs of each client and event. - Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate closely with Fever’s Product, Technology, and Operations teams to tailor our cashless wristband offerings, ensuring they meet the market’s demands and deliver exceptional user satisfaction. - Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and product innovation. - Client Success and Retention: Oversee the client journey from initial implementation to post-event support, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Feedback Integration: Act as the market’s voice within Fever, gathering and integrating client and attendee feedback to drive ongoing enhancements to our product and service offerings. Who you are: - Demonstrate success in business development. Having experience in a cashless provider or cashless solutions being a strong plus, ideally within the festivals industry, event technology, sports hospitality, or entertainment sectors. - Experience in negotiating and closing deals, with a knack for building long-term strategic partnerships. - Strategic thinker with a strong analytical capability, adept at turning market insights into actionable business strategies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders. - Deep understanding of RFID/NFC technology, cashless payment systems, and their application in enhancing event experiences. - Leadership qualities that inspire cross-functional teams to work collaboratively towards common goals. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Why You’ll Love It Here: - Attractive Compensation: We offer an OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of $130k – $180k, which includes both base salary and commissions. Role Description A Clinical Outreach Representative is responsible for marketing efforts in a specific region as assigned to them by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach. Within this specific region, they are to increase awareness of Discovery Behavioral Health, the division they represent, and the specific brand they have been hired for. Outreach representatives are to develop referral sources, maintain relationships internally and externally, and ultimately drive admissions to the organization. Essential Job Functions - Creating and executing regional strategic marketing plans with the following goals: - Increase referrals and admissions for continued company growth. - Demonstrate measured growth and revenue annually. - Develop and maintain referral relationships amongst various healthcare professionals, including: - Hospitals - Other treatment programs - Private practice professionals - Other professionals deemed an appropriate target for Discovery Behavioral Health clinical outreach. Performance Expectation - Maintain activity levels equating to: - 85 field meetings including 5 onsite tours - 3 in-services per month or as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach. - Contribute to referral and admissions prospects goals as identified by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach. - Maintain Sales Force database and activity record. - Add new contacts into Sales Force, including: - All contact information - Regional assignment - Categorize and update accounts when necessary. - Keep activities and events logged appropriately in Sales Force. - Log all Sales Force activity daily with all activity logged before the end of the work week. Administrative Support - Complete weekly and end of month reports in a timely manner, including: - Mileage reports - Credit card reports - End of month reporting - Other reports as identified by Regional Director. - Assess and constructively contribute to the development of marketing collateral and other department needs. - Assist Regional Director/Territory Manager in identifying new opportunities for marketing efforts, including: - Direct mail - Online - Community based.
