Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung sowie sehr gute Deutsch‑ (mind.. C1-Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse. - Fundierte Erfahrung in Marketing und Sales mit gutem Verständnis der pharmazeutischen Industrie. - Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit HCPs sowie externen Expert:innen und Stakeholdern. - Erfahrung in der indirekten Führung cross‑funktionaler Teams sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement in Matrixorganisationen. - Ausgeprägte analytische und strategisch‑konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit strukturierter, ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise. - Sehr starke Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, hohe Proaktivität und agiles, pragmatisches Mindset. - Erfahrung im Rare‑Disease/Specialty‑Care‑Umfeld sowie Wohnsitz im Raum München wünschenswert. Role Description We’re expanding our Phoenix team and looking for a talented HubSpot Specialist who is ready to make an impact from day one. - Manage ongoing relationships with clients using HubSpot as their Marketing and/or CRM platform. - Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations based on client operational needs. - Build and manage dashboards, reports, page layouts, and process automations that give end-users real insight and control. - Own data integrity within HubSpot CRM — including data imports, cleanup, and deduplication. - Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help clients get the most out of HubSpot. - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions. - Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets (including Salesforce, where applicable). - Produce clear documentation including process flows, use-case models, and high-level design specs for diverse audiences. - Assist with data import/export and system customization as projects require.
