• Become an expert in ServiceTitan Pro Products, specifically Conduit Tech - a LiDAR-powered HVAC sales and design platform. • Collaborate closely with the Senior Directors of the Conduit team to assume responsibility for new and existing customer relationships. • Design and implement creative strategies to roll Conduit out to new strategic customers, boost adoption, and encourage engagement of the Conduit platform. • Guide clients through the implementation, configuration, and training of Conduit. • Manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders, branches, and departments, ensuring clients launch within agreed timeframes. • Partner with ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers to manage a book of business focused on driving Pro Product success, retention, and ROI. • Analyze Conduit adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights, custom solutions, and potential risks. • Work closely with users and managers at our clients to understand their needs and recommend optimal settings based on industry best practices. • Engage actively in a feedback loop with Conduit’s product teams to effectively translate customer experience and quality of life needs. • Iterate frequently on processes in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and opportunity for impact.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within a software or SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts with a proven track record of success, OR 1+ years experience in the home services industry.
- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated leadership, motivation, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a start-up environment - 1+ years in a Pre-seed through Series B environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently, using data-driven decision-making to prioritize.
- Ability to efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- A team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude when working through ambiguity.
- An intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
