Role Description We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead Massive Bio's partnership strategy and market development in Germany. This role is critical to our European expansion, focusing on building transformative relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to advance oncology clinical trials. Key Responsibilities - Partnership Development & Strategy - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with oncology centers, university hospitals, comprehensive cancer centers, and clinical research networks across Germany. - Build relationships with oncology key opinion leaders, treating oncologists, and research institutions to support clinical trial access. - Engage oncology registries, real-world data providers, and patient advocacy organizations as channels for patient identification. - Create partnership models that accelerate clinical trial enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance. - Structure and negotiate agreements with institutional partners across the German oncology ecosystem. - Market Expansion & Business Development - Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology. - Build relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, and healthcare administrators. - Represent Massive Bio at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events. - Stakeholder Relationship Management - Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare authorities. - Partner with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Data Science, Product) to deliver on partnership commitments. - Provide strategic market intelligence and partnership insights to global leadership team. - Ensure all partnership activities align with local regulations and compliance requirements. - Performance & Growth - Establish KPIs for partnership success and drive measurable business impact. - Develop and manage partnership pipeline with clear progression milestones. - Support local team development and performance optimization. - Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to headquarters. Qualifications - Essential Experience - 4-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health technology. - Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions. - Experience with clinical trials ecosystem - understanding of patient recruitment, regulatory requirements, or research operations. - Demonstrated success in developing new markets or expanding business operations in regulated industries. - Preferred Background - Experience at digital health companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), or pharmaceutical partnerships teams. - Background in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical trial technologies. - Previous roles in market expansion, country development, or regional partnership management. - Understanding of European healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks. Skills & Attributes - Strategic thinking with ability to translate business opportunities into actionable partnership strategies. - Relationship building expertise with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionals. - Negotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder agreements. - Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to partnership performance. - Cultural adaptability and ability to work effectively across diverse healthcare systems. Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Advanced degree or MBA preferred for senior partnership roles.

The Contract Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a high volume of contracts across a national home services platform. This role supports business growth by enabling efficient, standardized contracting processes while protecting the company from legal, financial, and operational risk. Duties and Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including Vendor and supplier agreements (materials, equipment, IT, marketing) - Subcontractor and independent contractor agreements - Customer-facing terms and conditions - NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreements - Balance legal risk with commercial objectives to drive timely deal closure - Identify key risk areas (indemnity, limitation of liability, insurance, termination rights, payment terms). - Manage contracts from intake through execution and renewal - Implement and maintain standardized templates - Develop and maintain organized contract repository and documentation protocols - Partner Groundworks functions, sales, and operations to support contracting needs. - Translate business requirements into clear contractual terms. - Coordinate internal approvals and ensure alignment with company policies - Support field operations with contract-related questions and escalations. - Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws. - Escalate non-standard terms or high-risk provisions. - Support compliance with: Licensing and permitting requirements (where contractually relevant) Insurance and indemnification standards, and Data privacy and security requirements (for vendors handling customer data). - Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines - Drive consistency across branch locations and functions. - Identify opportunities to streamline contracting workflows and reduce cycle time. - Support implementation and optimization of CLM systems. - Provide insights on contracting trends and risk areas. - Performs other duties as assigned.
