Du verstehst dich in deiner Unterrichtsgestaltung sowohl als Impulsgeber:in als auch als Lernbegleiter:in im Sinne eines modernen, praxisorientierten Lernens (Lernen 4.0). - Das fachbezogene Tutoring aus dem Homeoffice im WBS LearnSpace 3D. - Die Anwendung verschiedener Lehrmethoden für die Unterrichtsgestaltung. - Die Durchführung von Kompetenzzuwachsmessungen. Qualifications - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich. - Nachweis einer ACP Zertifizierung, oder die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben. - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Allplan (CAD-Software für Architektur und Ingenieurbau), insbesondere: - Erstellung und Bearbeitung von 2D-Elementen, Text, Bemaßung, Symbolik. - Modellierung in 3D, Visualisierung, Umgang mit BIM-Standards und -Prozessen. - Anwendung fortgeschrittener Funktionen wie Makros, SmartParts, Umbauplanung, Ingenieurbau, VisualScripting. - Erfahrung in der Bauwerksstruktur: - Planung und Konstruktion von Gebäuden, Treppen, Fundamenten, Dachkonstruktionen. - Kenntnisse in BIM-Strategie und Projektmanagement. - Didaktische Fähigkeiten. - Methodisch-didaktisches Geschick in der Vermittlung von Lehrinhalten. - Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortlichkeit. - Wünschenswert ist der Nachweis einer pädagogischen Eignung (Ausbildereignung gem. Role Description We are hiring a technically strong instructor to deliver a structured, hands-on bootcamp on Application Modernization for cohorts of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and a broader mix of architects, technical practitioners, and consulting professionals. The 5-day program covers: - Portfolio discovery - Mainframe (IBM Z) modernization - Hyperscaler target architectures (Azure-led, with AWS and GCP coexistence) - Application refactoring - Agentic AI accelerated delivery Cohorts progress through taught sessions, paired and individual labs, and a capstone where teams use Agent Builder to compress a real client modernization scenario end-to-end. This is a delivery role that combines hands-on technical fluency with strong facilitation. The instructor runs sessions, walks every lab in parallel with participants, debugs participant environments live, coaches groups through the capstone, and judges final presentations. Success in the role depends equally on the ability to teach conceptually at pace and to recover smoothly from the inevitable lab and environment failures that occur in live delivery. This is an active, evolving program. Instructors are expected to contribute observations, fixes, and improvements with every cohort they run. Qualifications - Refactoring patterns: strangler fig, anti-corruption layer, branch by abstraction, and database decomposition. - Containerization: Docker fundamentals, image build and registry workflows, Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services, ingress, configmaps/secrets), and Helm at a working level.
