Job Overview: We are looking for an Instructional Design/Multimedia Designer to play a pivotal role in building impactful e-learning content. Working in collaboration with the Mandatory Learning Team and other key stakeholders, the ideal candidate can build e-learning content assets for learning experiences for all Mastercard employees. Their primary responsibility is to create, build and curate multimedia assets that help us drive strategic business objectives while meeting the diverse needs of our learners. Key Responsibilities:• Analysis: o Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to understand content project briefs. o Maintain existing training materials, including internally created content and content asset libraries.• Design: o Partner with our Mandatory Training Team and other stakeholders to prototype and build multimedia learning assets, ensuring quality, compliance and alignment with learning objectives. o Choose appropriate instructional design modalities (beyond just e-learning) for content development and implementation, considering scalability, and maintenance cycles. o Draft design documents, such as scripts, content outlines, wireframes, storyboards and learning objectives o Curate learning content libraries and maintain content improvements and updates. o Implement agile methodologies, using iterative development and feedback loops to continuously enhance learning assets.• Development: o Build engaging, effective, and interactive learning assets using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, or equivalent. o Implement product management methodologies to manage content iterations, prioritize updates based on user feedback, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. o Explore new tools and methodologies to break new ground in content creation.
