Paralegal – Estate Planning Specialist

Mercer Advisors

• Reviewing and preparing deeds, assignments, and other funding documents • Working with county recorders to ensure deeds and supporting documents are properly filed and fees are accurate • Managing workflows and processes related to funding, and related tasks • Assisting in the creation of entities, including preparation of formation documents and filings • Preparing summaries of existing estate plans • Support creation of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and entering data into legal document software • Other duties, as assigned

  • Paralegal Certificate required
  • Knowledge of WealthDocs required
  • Focused on proactive follow-up and follow-through
  • Excellent organization, time management, proofreading, and word processing skills
  • Adaptable and able to maintain confidentially with all matters
  • Have a “can do” positive attitude while working well as part of a large team
