IP Litigation Paralegal

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IP Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in intellectual property disputes and related litigation matters. This role will assist with trademark, copyright, patent, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a remote environment. Responsibilities - Support attorneys through all phases of litigation. - Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and litigation schedules. - Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, cease and desist letters, settlement documents, and other legal filings. - Coordinate filings in federal and state courts, TTAB, and other applicable forums. - Organize and maintain electronic case files and litigation records. - Assist with trademark, copyright, patent, and enforcement-related disputes. - Collect, review, and organize evidence and discovery materials. - Prepare exhibits and supporting documents for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties. - Maintain accurate case notes, matter updates, and litigation records. - Assist with subpoena tracking, document productions, and case management tasks. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience. - Experience with federal and state court filing procedures. - Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment. Preferred - Intellectual property litigation experience. - Experience with TTAB proceedings. - Familiarity with e-filing systems and litigation support software.
