Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
