Senior Performance Marketing Manager

• Planning, managing and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads • Analyzing campaign performance using relevant KPIs • Developing audience-targeted ad creatives and landing pages • Using web analytics, tracking and reporting tools • Monitoring current developments in digital marketing

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, media studies or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years' experience in performance marketing
  • Independently planned, executed and optimized campaigns in Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max or Demand Gen), Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
  • Solid knowledge of tracking, web analytics and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and pixel implementations
  • Independent working style and readiness to take responsibility
