• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance • Source and engage exceptional talent across the US and European markets • Build pipelines for highly technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers and Product Engineers • Develop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidates and communicate opportunities. • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for technical capability, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Track recruiting performance and continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and workflows • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership
Job Requirements
- Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies or startups
- Have experience hiring across the US and European markets
- Have a strong track record of closing technical and engineering roles
- Understand the fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systems
- Can confidently discuss concepts such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows
- Are highly proactive and resourceful when sourcing difficult-to-find talent
- Know how to build relationships with passive candidates and manage complex hiring processes
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Speak and write fluent English (C1+)
- A big plus: experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers
- A big plus: experience hiring for AI startups, research organisations, or developer-focused companies
- A big plus: familiarity with modern sourcing tools, recruiting automation, and AI-powered recruiting workflows
