• Generate potential sales leads through email, by phone, or in person • Stay knowledgeable about products and services to give accurate information to potential customers • Market products or services to potential customers • Promote certain products as directed • Negotiate deals to secure a sale • Assist customers with questions and complaints, working to understand their needs • Give sales presentations to small and large groups • Meet or surpass all sales goals

Job Requirements

  • [1+] years experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, BA in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Understanding of essential sales principles
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with great persuasion skills
  • Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of computers and computer software, including Google Suite, CRM, and POS systems
