We are looking for an independent Law Business Success Coach to partner with our ecosystem and support a dedicated roster of estate planning attorneys. What You’ll Architect (The Outcomes) - Drive Practice Transformation: - Guide attorneys through the implementation of the proven New Law business systems, moving them from flat-fee transactional grinding to a recurring-revenue, relationship-based model. - Master Cash Flow Optimization: - Consult on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention fundamentals to ensure rostered firms build and maintain predictable, steady cash flow. - Enforce Strategic Accountability: - Utilize data-driven tracking frameworks—including business planners, metric dashboards, and cash flow projections—to keep attorneys focused on their designated growth benchmarks. - Proactive Client Safeguarding: - Monitor attorney feedback indicators and performance data to identify firms hitting friction points, executing rapid strategic outreach to protect the client relationship and drive retention. The Deliverables - Execute strategic consulting sessions with rostered members at the cadence designated by their specific membership tier. - Provide asynchronous, high-impact business support via email and digital platforms within a professional 48-hour turnaround window. - Document client milestones, metrics, and actionable next steps in the CRM system within 24 hours of session completion. - Leverage New Law’s library of resource assets (newsletters, legal marketing kits, team training guides) to help attorneys solve immediate operational bottlenecks. Qualifications - 3–5 years of professional business coaching or consulting experience, with a heavy emphasis on entrepreneurial development, marketing strategy, and cash flow management. - Financially literate and comfortable interpreting, analyzing, and discussing business performance data and financial metrics to drive decisions. - Deep understanding of small business operations, client acquisition funnels, and retention frameworks. - Highly proficient in modern digital workspaces, easily navigating virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM architecture, and project management platforms). Requirements - Independent, business-to-business contract engagement. - Responsible for own taxes, remote office setup, computer equipment (minimum 16GB RAM recommended), and professional liability insurance. - Must provide own professional workstation and high-speed internet connection. - System must meet or exceed minimum technical benchmarks (including a machine with at least 16GB RAM). Benefits - Total monthly contract revenue generally starts around $2,000/month during initial system alignment and scales from $5,000 to $9,000+ per month. - Compensation is paid cleanly on a fixed per-member, per-session, or approved project milestone basis. - Roster volume is scaled over time based on capacity and the consistent quality of delivery metrics.
