Role Description - Responsible for graphic design project needs across the Marketing department (and broader Skillable organization) in support of internal and external customer consumption. - Partner with stakeholders in ensuring a clear understanding of the development needs of graphics that represent our company across channels including ads, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, etc. - Balance multiple project priorities while establishing project timelines and deadlines and strict copyediting review processes of all completed materials. - Contribute to marketing projects with helping to develop brand strategies and creating visual content for online brand presence. - In support of PR/AR, schedule communications, interviews and maintain relationships with vendors and media. - Assist in the creation of promotional content including email templates, brochures, ads, graphics, etc. - Manage and own the social media calendar alongside the communications team, as well as, posts and visual identity. - Produce weekly and monthly reports that help gauge the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts. - Assist in providing and disseminating communications and updates of regular internal brand and graphic related assets. - Partner with Marketing team leadership on strategic goals in support of Skillable’s OKRs. - Represent Skillable professionally during webinars, customer meetings and corporate events as required. - Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. - Other strategic business initiatives or special cross-functional project involvement as required. Requirements - The base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. - This range does not include at plan potential for commissions and/or quarterly upsides. - This role is not eligible for Skillable’s corporate bonus plan. - Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans. - Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography when determining compensation ranges. - Pay range and current benefit offerings are effective for 90 days from posting date. - Standard employment offerings are subject to potential change upon periodic review and analysis, at the discretion of Skillable.
