• Research and input system architecture changes for insurance setup objects in support of generating revenue and claims for billing • Implement and resolve highly complex payer contract requirements into DaVita’s systems • Respond to internal teams’ inquiries on contract, revenue, plan management and billing attributes • Perform duties for the revenue operations department related to either contract management, revenue management or insurance plan management including billing templates (i.e. UB04, HCFA 1500) • Communicate with insurance payers to understand network coverage, relationships and contract terms to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics • Process payer, partner and customer requests to ensure center and payer information is loaded into the billing system for accurate billing including single patient agreements • Respond timely and accurately to payer communications and bulletins • Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams • Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements • Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies • Understand how setup objects/contract/payer requirements and system logic tie together in the billing system by collecting, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data from source systems • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled • May be asked to work overtime as needed

• Streamline the production of weekly schedules to ensure the Global Equity Research team is positioned for high-velocity output • Develop and refine data-driven reporting frameworks for predictive models, enabling strategic prioritization of workflow and resource allocation. • Conduct rigorous gap analyses to pinpoint areas for coverage expansion. • Audit, evaluate and remediate vendor data questions and entity related matters. • Serve as a subject matter expert on coverage lifecycle events. • Analyze existing workflows and technical documentation to enhance departmental scalability and efficiency. • Synthesize internal KPIs and client engagement metrics into performance reports. • Manage user access and permissions across the Research team’s suite of proprietary tools.

• Lead interviews for potential Posting staff and Team Lead candidates. • Ensure team members consistently comply with HIPAA, state, and federal laws and guidelines. • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff. • Monitor productivity standards and quality, ensuring all team members meet expectations. • Review team member quality and coach and mentor team on any negative trends. • Assess team member performance daily and provide coaching if key metrics are not achieved. • Escalate employee deficiencies to management if coaching does not result in improvement. • Communicate team and individual progress with the Shared Services Manager. • Administer disciplinary actions and implement Employee Success Plans as needed. • Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork. • Ensure the accuracy and approval of team member payroll. • Complete performance evaluations for all staff. • Track and resolve outstanding monies/EOB’s that can’t be posted. • Ensure client policies around denial posting, contractual write offs etc. are followed. • Stay up to date with payer updates and process changes to ensure accurate posting. • Lead and participate in daily shift briefings. • Investigate problem accounts as identified. • Escalate unresolved client IPO issues to management. • Train all new hires on both client and Currance workflows. • Collaborate with management to develop policies. • Participate in limited travel as required. • Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner. • Perform additional duties as needed.

Role Description - Responsible for graphic design project needs across the Marketing department (and broader Skillable organization) in support of internal and external customer consumption. - Partner with stakeholders in ensuring a clear understanding of the development needs of graphics that represent our company across channels including ads, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, etc. - Balance multiple project priorities while establishing project timelines and deadlines and strict copyediting review processes of all completed materials. - Contribute to marketing projects with helping to develop brand strategies and creating visual content for online brand presence. - In support of PR/AR, schedule communications, interviews and maintain relationships with vendors and media. - Assist in the creation of promotional content including email templates, brochures, ads, graphics, etc. - Manage and own the social media calendar alongside the communications team, as well as, posts and visual identity. - Produce weekly and monthly reports that help gauge the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts. - Assist in providing and disseminating communications and updates of regular internal brand and graphic related assets. - Partner with Marketing team leadership on strategic goals in support of Skillable’s OKRs. - Represent Skillable professionally during webinars, customer meetings and corporate events as required. - Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. - Other strategic business initiatives or special cross-functional project involvement as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant individual/educational/professional experience. - 2+ years of relevant professional experience producing graphics and content. - Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva. - Plus web conferencing and internal communication software experience (Teams). - Experience with Hubspot and Foleon a plus, but training provided if needed. - Strong creative and analytical skills. - Detail oriented, organized and adaptable to changing needs and priorities. - Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results, including senior leadership. - Comfortable presenting and conveying material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization. - Thorough understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of business operations and processes. - High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm and an appetite to develop your executive presence. - Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally to various audiences internally or externally through various mediums. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines. - Microsoft suite experience, including teams or similar web conferencing and internal communication software experience preferred. - Naturally inquisitive with a desire to learn and contribute. - Experience working in a fully remote team is preferred, but not required. - Basic understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of standard business operations and processes. Requirements - The base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. - This range does not include at plan potential for commissions and/or quarterly upsides. - This role is not eligible for Skillable’s corporate bonus plan. - Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans. - Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography when determining compensation ranges. - Pay range and current benefit offerings are effective for 90 days from posting date. - Standard employment offerings are subject to potential change upon periodic review and analysis, at the discretion of Skillable.
