Role Description We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Strategist to support our sales and customer care teams within Principal’s Retirement & Income Solutions (RIS) business. In this role, you’ll help execute our B2B marketing strategy by coordinating initiatives, managing processes, and partnering with marketing segment leads to support the advisor and client experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on a variety of projects, and take pride in delivering polished, detail-oriented work, we’d love to have you on our team. - Assist in the execution of B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned to strategic priorities - Partner with segment marketers to support program delivery and day-to-day marketing needs - Manage Continuing Education program - Manage and oversee the firm collateral approval process - Elevate brand awareness by supporting awards program - Support reporting needs to measure effectiveness and inform future efforts - Contribute to ad hoc projects, helping the team stay agile and responsive - Work closely with marketing, compliance and operations to support initiatives that enhance the client and sales experience.
