• Design solutions and advise internal teams on the best practices for maintaining and deploying a hybrid infrastructure to support Customer system integrations. • Troubleshoot an issue within a containerized cluster running on AWS, collaborating with engineering and customer success teams. • Work through a complex, non-standard support request involving custom Linux configurations and/or a serverless setup. • Document a set of reusable infrastructure patterns that improve efficiency and reliability across deployments. • Participate in strategy sessions to evolve our infrastructure approach for scaling interface delivery. • Understand and leverage various Identity and Management systems (Single Sign-on service provider) to provide SSO authentication to customers. • Understand and be able to implement certificates in Linux and clustered environments.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience managing and troubleshooting both Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience working within containerized and clustered infrastructures - particularly in AWS - is key.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical hurdles, requirements, and solutions to internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Due to the nature of our customers this position requires U.S Citizenship status.
