Senior Customer Development Manager – East Coast, Central Time Zones

• Responsible for the functional management, leadership, and empowering the execution of all sales related activities for the assigned Distributors • Support the team with Nestlé’s Co. systems (Osprey) and with customers systems • Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through clear goal setting, ongoing performance feedback, and regular development conversations • Provide leadership and direction within a matrixed organization, influencing cross­functional partners and project teams to achieve shared objectives • Lead and oversee distributor partnerships (e.g., KeHE, UNFI) in alignment with retailer strategy • Execute our brand and category growth strategy that aligns with the customer • Identify new opportunities for growth; develop and implement strategic growth plans aligned with corporate goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • At least 7 years sales experience preferred; with preferred experience managing or supporting strategic Natural Channel customers
  • Prior experience leading people, projects, or cross­functional teams in a complex organization preferred
  • Experience managing or partnering closely with distributors in a multi-tier retail model strongly preferred
  • Experience in consumer goods and Vitamins and supplements is highly preferred
  • Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers.

Qualifications - Personne rigoureuse et organisée. - Disposant de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de rédaction. - Aptitude au travail en équipe. - Sens de la confidentialité. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques. - Une connaissance des procédures administratives et du contrôle interne serait appréciée.
