Senior Manager, Category Management – Drug, Value, Club

Nestle

• Lead, coach, and develop one direct report to support key customers in the assigned Channel for the Nestle Health Science (NHSc) portfolio across various categories supporting Vitamin and Hydration brands • Lead the customer relationship and category management duties for assigned accounts • Provide insights to drive category results embedding NHSc as the primary retail partner • Identify and leverage data tools and capabilities to drive best in class actions to further develop company and retailer objectives • Collaborate with cross functional internal and external partners including Sales Teams, Customer Strategy, Category Strategy, Shopper Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Shopper Insights, etc. to develop category solutions • Identify and lead innovative and insight led strategies and projects to drive NHSc and category growth recognizing NHSc as a trusted category partner • Identify category growth solutions and use them in the development and activation of retailer-specific category business plans to achieve 4P objectives • Establish and deliver best in class merchandising and assortment recommendations leveraging key tools such as JDA, Rich Mix, etc. • Support and/or develop 4Ps strategic direction based on category strategy, best practices from customers/account teams and customer and shopper insights • Develop and deliver succinct, concise, and compelling category led presentations for use with the retailer that clearly communicate opportunities, risks, and recommended actions • Develop and maintain consistent category line reviews, analyses, trackers, summaries, with the objective of establishing NHSc category centricity and expertise • Partner with customer account teams and internal Customer Strategy/Category Strategy to deliver business growth opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8 years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience desired
  • Preferably FMCG, industry experience, primarily Category Management driven
  • Knowledge of key customer and channels specifically Drug
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Prior experience working with IRI/Nielsen syndicated and panel data
  • JDA experience strongly preferred
  • Walgreens RSI/Loyalty and CVS CMG proficiency preferred
  • Strong data synthesis and visualization
  • Must be comfortable leading multiple retailers for a region
  • 25% or more overnight travel time required

Qualifications - Personne rigoureuse et organisée. - Disposant de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de rédaction. - Aptitude au travail en équipe. - Sens de la confidentialité. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques. - Une connaissance des procédures administratives et du contrôle interne serait appréciée.
