Manufacturing Operations Manager – Modular Data Centers
Armada
• Lead the production of modular data center solutions ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. • Partner closely with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Deployment teams to scale manufacturing capabilities. • Drive process consistency and technical excellence across all global manufacturing facilities. • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for manufacturing operations across all product lines. • Establish a performance baseline and drive key manufacturing KPIs, including Safety, Quality, Cost, and On-Time Delivery. • Develop and maintain executable capacity models. • Analyze S&OP forecasts and material constraints for production schedules. • Collaborate with Design Engineering and Deployment teams for successful site integration post-manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally within modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems.
- Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in a high-mix/low-volume environment.
- Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
