Role Description Como Senior QA Engineer, tu objetivo será liderar la estrategia de calidad y automatización para aplicaciones front-end de alta complejidad alojadas en Pega Cloud dentro del dominio financiero (Banca, Seguros, KYC y CRM). Serás el guardián de la experiencia de usuario y de la robustez del software: - Liderar la estrategia de pruebas: - Diseñar y ejecutar escenarios de prueba (manuales y automatizados) para flujos complejos de extremo a extremo, asegurando la compatibilidad cross-browser y cross-device. - Automatizar con propósito: - Construir y mantener scripts de automatización robustos para arquitecturas web modernas, impulsando la detección temprana de fallos (shift-left testing). - Garantizar la resiliencia en la Nube: - Validar despliegues continuos dentro de un modelo ágil DevOps y SAFe, colaborando directamente con arquitectos Pega y desarrolladores. - Elevar los estándares del equipo: - Identificar, registrar y gestionar defectos de manera proactiva en Jira/Zephyr, proponiendo mejores prácticas de Quality Engineering. Qualifications - Inglés avanzado (Nivel C1 certificado o equivalente demostrado en conversación). - Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación o experiencia equivalente comprobable. - Experiencia sólida en automatización web utilizando el framework Selenium WebDriver con Java y TestNG. - Experiencia sólida en testing de REST APIs con Postman o Rest Assured. - Conocimientos profundos del modelo DOM y POM (Page Object Model), así como tecnologías web estándar (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript). - Sólida experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Agile y SAFe. - Manejo fluido de herramientas de gestión como JIRA, y control de versiones basado en Git/GitHub junto con flujos de CI/CD. - Experiencia previa en el sector bancario o financiero (procesos de KYC, CRM o Seguros). Requirements - Habilidades o conocimientos en herramientas y ecosistemas como: AWS, Delphix, GenRocket, GitHub Copilot, K2View, NoSQL y Oracle NoSQL. - Familiaridad con los modelos de despliegue, entornos y directrices (guardrails) de Pega Cloud. - Uso de Confluence para documentación técnica. - Disponibilidad para viajar (si se requiere de manera muy puntual). - Certificación ISTQB (Certified Tester Foundation Level) u otras credenciales en automatización de pruebas. Role Description Join Our Team as a Remote RN Clinical Supervisor. We are looking for strong, compassionate clinical leaders to join our hospice team who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences while supporting clinical excellence behind the scenes. As a Remote RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in providing remote clinical oversight and supervisory support to hospice branch operations. This position focuses on clinical documentation quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and workflow efficiency to ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant patient care. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical resource for interdisciplinary teams, helping guide patient care delivery while strengthening staff engagement, accountability, and performance. Key Responsibilities - Clinical Oversight & Coordination - Provide remote clinical supervision and direction to interdisciplinary hospice teams and office staff. - Ensure plans of care are accurate, compliant, and aligned with physician orders and hospice regulations. - Coordinate patient referrals, admissions, recertifications, physician orders, and staffing assignments. - Facilitate admission reviews and case management oversight for assigned patient populations. - Ensure assessment visits are completed within required time frames. - Supervision & Staff Support - Supervise, coach, and support clinical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care. - Provide guidance on patient care procedures, documentation standards, and hospice eligibility criteria. - Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing clinical support. - Assist with staff orientation, training, and ongoing education to meet regulatory and agency requirements. - Regulatory & Compliance - Promote compliance with state licensure, Medicare certification, and third-party payer requirements. - Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local hospice regulations. - Support audits, surveys, and performance improvement initiatives. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation, orders, and records processing. - Quality & Performance Improvement - Participate in quality improvement activities, including documentation review and data collection. - Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. - Assist with medical community education and interdisciplinary collaboration. - Leadership & Professional Development - Provide leadership to clinical and administrative staff. - Promote the agency’s mission, philosophy, and values. - Support professional growth through education, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and resource utilization.
