Job Description

IT Systems Manager, SaaS

Veta Virtual

• Own the deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of a fast-growing fintech company's workplace technology stack — including SaaS platforms, identity integrations, and automation workflows. • Work cross-functionally with Security, Cloud, and internal teams to ensure all systems are secure, scalable, and delivering a seamless experience for every employee. • Manage and optimize the full suite of workplace SaaS applications — including Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Azure, AWS, Zoom, and equivalent platforms — monitoring application health, license utilization, user access, and service configurations at all times. • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows by ensuring clean, accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across all platforms. • Collaborate with the Cloud & Workplace lead to continuously improve the employee technology experience through reliable, secure, and well-maintained SaaS tooling. • Support SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and IAM workflows across critical SaaS applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across federated and managed applications. • Develop and maintain scripts and low-code workflows to automate common SaaS operations. • Identify opportunities for self-service, delegation, and administrative consistency across the tech stack. • Respond to escalations related to SaaS application functionality, access issues, and service disruptions. • Document solutions, maintain internal knowledge bases (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), and contribute to a culture of transparency and technical clarity across the team. • Participate in SaaS rollouts, platform integrations, tool rationalization efforts, and supporting workplace and Security teams during audits or vendor transitions.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in workplace technology, SaaS engineering, or enterprise IT administration — with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-platform environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Azure, or equivalent enterprise SaaS tools — you know these platforms inside and out.
  • Solid understanding of identity protocols including SAML, SCIM, and OAuth, with real hands-on experience delivering SSO integrations in a production environment.
  • Strong scripting or workflow automation skills — PowerShell, Python, or equivalent — with the ability to build reliable automations that reduce manual workload and improve consistency.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong documentation discipline — you leave every system, process, and integration better documented than you found it.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you identify gaps before they become problems and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
  • Bonus: experience with Microsoft Entra or other IDaaS platforms.
  • Bonus: familiarity with device management and SaaS governance principles.
  • Bonus: knowledge of ITIL, SaaS lifecycle management, or license optimization best practices.
  • Bonus: previous exposure to regulated industries such as fintech or cryptocurrency.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
  • Performance-based incentives — your results are recognized and rewarded.
  • 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment at the forefront of the global fintech and cryptocurrency industry — where your technical decisions have real company-wide impact.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client — where your growth, your voice, and your expertise are taken seriously from day one.
