Role Description We’re looking for a National Account Manager to support and grow key accounts within our National Sales channel—specifically across the Home Services vertical . - Focus on retaining and expanding existing partnerships. - Help bring new opportunities through the sales funnel. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns. - Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization. What Success Looks Like - Client Growth & Retention: Build strong, long-term partnerships with national brands and stakeholders across complex organizations. - Performance-Driven Results: Balance client goals with business KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. - Revenue Growth: Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact, partnering seamlessly with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience. What You’ll Do - Partner with Brand Managers and internal teams to develop strategic, customized advertising solutions. - Build and evolve media plans based on client objectives, performance data, and market insights. - Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, reporting, and optimization. - Lead coordination for custom programs, sponsorships, and creative builds, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams. - Work closely with Client Strategy and Client Services to drive client retention and revenue growth. - Maintain proactive client communication, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness. - Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and support new business initiatives. - Support print campaigns where applicable and contribute to broader team projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or publishing. Home Services client experience a plus. - Experience working with sales teams and client-facing account management. - Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems (Salesforce or similar a plus). Requirements - Experience working on complex, multi-channel advertising solutions across national accounts. - Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and campaign strategy. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights and client recommendations. - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. - High level of organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. - A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
