Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $108,943.17-$174,305.43 This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity. Job Requirements

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective Quality Assurance (QA) practices and adherence to best coding standards.
  • Manage project resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on scope and on time.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive Risk Management strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Mainframe Operations team.
  • Uphold and promote CSG Leadership Keystone values: Cultivate a positive culture, Energize the team, Deliver strong Results, Build effective Teams, and articulate a clear Vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to define requirements and deliver solutions.
