Als Lead Paid Search / SEA (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche Führung unseres Paid-Search-Bereichs. Du entwickelst Strategien, setzt Standards, coachst Kolleginnen und Kollegen fachlich und sorgst dafür, dass wir nicht nur operative Exzellenz liefern, sondern Paid Search konsequent auf das nächste Level bringen. Dich erwartet eine 100 % remote Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum: Du optimierst nicht nur Kampagnen, sondern prägst mit, wie modernes Paid Search bei uns künftig gedacht, umgesetzt und weiterentwickelt wird. Aufgaben - Du führst unseren Paid-Search-Bereich fachlich und übernimmst Verantwortung für komplexe, internationale Kundenaccounts. - Du entwickelst moderne Paid-Search- und Full-Funnel-Strategien – datengetrieben, kanalübergreifend und mit Blick auf nachhaltiges Wachstum. - Du übersetzt strategische Ziele in klare Prioritäten für die operative Umsetzung und sorgst dafür, dass Ressourcen dort eingesetzt werden, wo sie den größten Impact erzielen. - Du baust eine starke Testing- und Lernkultur aus: mit Hypothesen, Experimenten, klaren Learnings und konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen. - Du prüfst neue Plattform-Features, Formate, Automatisierungs- und AI-Möglichkeiten und machst daraus skalierbare Standards für Team und Kunden. - Du berätst Kunden und interne Stakeholder auf Augenhöhe – als strategischer Sparringspartner für Performance, Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung. - Du setzt fachliche Standards für Methoden, Qualität, Account-Strukturen und strategische Herangehensweisen im Paid Search. - Du coachst und entwickelst Kolleginnen und Kollegen fachlich weiter und stärkst das Team im operativen Alltag. - Du bringst unsere Paid-Search-Expertise in Pitches, Kundenpräsentationen und internen Austauschformaten wirkungsvoll ein. Qualifications - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Paid Search, SEA oder Search Advertising. - Strategisches Verständnis für Performance-Marketing, Business-Ziele, Daten und digitale Wachstumshebel. - Erfahrung mit komplexen Account-Strukturen, Automatisierung, Smart Bidding, Performance Max und modernen Search-Setups. - Analytisches Denken: Du erkennst Muster, setzt klare Prioritäten und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab. - Testing-Mindset: Du entwickelst Hypothesen, testest strukturiert und machst Accounts systematisch besser. - Sicheres Auftreten in Kundenberatung, Sparring und Präsentationen. - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2); Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
