Role Description We are seeking an experienced Visualfabriq Technical Lead to support and lead Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation initiatives for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. This role requires technical solution leadership to drive successful end-to-end implementations of the Visualfabriq platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams, leading solution design, configuration strategy, integrations, data alignment, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role requires strong experience in TPM processes, CPG commercial operations, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities - Technical Leadership - Serve as the technical lead for Visualfabriq integrations and solution architecture activities. - Define and oversee integrations between Visualfabriq and enterprise platforms such as: - SAP ERP - Salesforce - Data warehouses / data lakes - Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP CPI) - Claims management systems - BI and analytics platforms - Lead data mapping, data validation, and master data alignment activities. - Coordinate technical teams responsible for: - APIs - Data interfaces - ETL processes - Security and access management - Reporting enablement - Support environment strategy, deployment planning, and cutover activities. - Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues during implementation and hypercare phases. - Project & Delivery Leadership - Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to manage delivery scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies. - Support estimation, planning, and proposal activities for TPM initiatives. - Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigation strategies. - Provide leadership during testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. - Coordinate with client leadership and vendor teams to resolve escalations and delivery issues. - Support governance meetings and executive-level status reporting. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in TPM, CPG commercial systems, or related enterprise transformation initiatives. - Hands-on experience implementing Visualfabriq TPM solutions. - Strong understanding of CPG trade promotion processes and commercial operations. - Experience leading technical workstreams in enterprise implementations. - Experience with ERP and integration ecosystems, especially: - SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA - Middleware/integration platforms - Data management and analytics solutions - Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to bridge business and technical discussions effectively. - Experience working in global, cross-functional implementation teams. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with other TPM/TPO platforms such as: - Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM - Anaplan - Exceedra - XTEL - Experience in global CPG organizations. - Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management concepts. - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. - Experience supporting business development, solution demos, and proposal creation. - PMP, Scrum, SAP, or related certifications are a plus.
