Role Description As a Connected Buildings Technical Lead, you’ll play a central role in protecting that mission by owning the systems, workflows, and technical decisions that keep our Connected Buildings platform stable, secure, and effective. This role is ideal for a technically strong operator who enjoys owning live building systems, building practical automation, collaborating across teams, and translating complex technical work into measurable operational impact for a critical healthcare client. What You’ll Do - Own Core Connected Buildings Platforms: Independently manage the day-to-day health, stability, and administration of Niagara BMS and Skyspark environments. - Adapt Systems to Evolving Business Needs: Modify BMS stations, graphics, alarms, and Skyspark configurations to support changing operational requirements. - Build Automation That Improves Team Throughput: Build, use, and improve Copilot agents and related workflows to automate the exporting, organizing, and digesting of BMS and analytics data. - Measure and Demonstrate Impact: Build quantitative tools and reporting approaches that measure the impact of building performance improvements implemented by the team. - Serve as a Technical Bridge With the Client: Act as the team liaison with the client’s technology department, coordinating requirements, dependencies, access needs, and technical priorities. - Troubleshoot and Strengthen Operations: Troubleshoot issues across building systems and analytics workflows with a focus on restoring service quickly and preventing recurrence. - Lead Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement of Connected Buildings workflows, automation, analytics practices, and platform governance. Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Niagara BMS, Skyspark Analytics, and live production building systems. - Ability to maintain uptime, secure access, and operational reliability across critical technical environments. - Experience modifying BMS stations, graphics, alarms, and analytics configurations to support changing business needs. - Experience building automation workflows and using AI tools, including Copilot agents, to improve efficiency. - Ability to build quantitative tools, reporting, and analytical methods that measure operational or building performance improvements including around energy savings. - Experience working directly with client or enterprise technology stakeholders to coordinate requirements, dependencies, or access. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across building systems and analytics platforms. - Highly self-directed ownership and comfort working in a mostly remote environment without continuous supervision - occasional travel may be required. - Strong prioritization, judgment, and communication skills in settings with competing technical and operational demands. - A mindset oriented toward reliability, accountability, continuous improvement, and mission impact. - Experience with energy calculations strongly preferred. • Own the end-to-end documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and discoverable • Plan and deliver documentation for new features, integrations, and releases in sync with the product shipping cycle • Work directly with engineers to research and verify technical content, reducing the documentation burden on the engineering team • Audit and improve existing documentation continuously — flagging outdated content, filling gaps, and improving structure and tone • Define and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates so that community contributions are consistent and maintainable • Triage and act on documentation feedback from the community, support, and internal teams to prioritise what improves user outcomes most • Contribute to the developer experience — API guides, integration documentation, and contributor docs — to support the OHF community and partner integrations • Track documentation quality signals (support ticket themes, community feedback) and report on them regularly

• Provide scientific leadership in phase appropriate external DS/DP analytical development/QC for NCE and NCE-like (e.g., Oligonucleotide) entities, including method development, validation, transfer and lifecycle management • Contribute to development of DS/DP phase appropriate specifications and analytical control strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams • Contribute to development of DS/DP stability programs and assignment of DS retest period, DP shelf life and material holding times as needed, with internal and external teams to support FIH and following clinical trials • Independently propose or review quality agreement, SOW, study protocols/reports, batch/stability data, to support CMC deliverables in a timeline fashion. • Prepare and communicate clearly and independently technical plans, updates and deliverables as needed in the form of reports and/or presentations within the internal teams • Partner with internal teams and external vendors (CDMOs/CROs) to resolve technical challenges and quality events and ensure timely, compliant deliverables • Support departmental submission activities by managing documentation workflow workflow in Veeva RIM system • Demonstrated working experience in authoring, reviewing and editing (content and format) CTD Module 3 (Drug Substance and Drug Product) documents, in particular analytical related documents.
