Job Description

Group Product Manager

OptiMantra

• Lead the OptiMantra product squad: mentor, coach, and develop three PMs, holding them accountable to outcomes, not outputs • Be the voice of OptiMantra —represent the product line to leadership, engineering, sales, support, and customers with clarity and consistency • Own the product strategy and roadmap, working backward from outcomes (retention, activation, revenue, clinical efficiency) and prioritizing strategically • Stay hands-on: at our size, you still own product surface directly through discovery, specs, and shipping • Set the UX bar—hold the standard for clarity, guided experience, and simplicity across every feature and release • Talk to users every week: clinicians, practice managers, and front-desk staff to gather firsthand signal • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support; coordinate with the Cerbo Group PM when features span both platforms • Drive AI adoption across OptiMantra —AI Scribe is live; intelligent workflows, clinical decision support, and predictive tooling are next • Partner with the CPO on product strategy, org design, and long-term product vision

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least two years leading a team of PMs
  • EHR/EMR or healthcare software experience strongly encouraged—you should understand clinical workflows, provider pain points, and how healthcare buying decisions work
  • Proven people leader: you have hired, coached, and grown PMs, giving hard feedback with kindness and holding your team to a high bar
  • Exceptional communicator: you write clearly, present persuasively, and tell stories that get cross-functional teams aligned
  • Strategic thinker who operates with urgency—you connect product decisions to business outcomes, make clear tradeoffs, and move fast without cutting corners
  • Highly collaborative: you work naturally across engineering, design, sales, and support, breaking down silos rather than building them
  • Strong UX and UI sensibility—you know what good clinical software looks and feels like
  • Accountable: you own your results, fix what goes wrong, and credit the team when things go right
  • Technically fluent: you hold your own with engineering leadership on architecture, APIs, and platform decisions

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Paid Time Off and company holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits
  • Short-term and long-term disability Insurance
  • 401k plan with matching company contribution
  • Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions - to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes - large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role The Block Financial Platform empowers teams across the Block ecosystem to rapidly build and reliably scale innovative financial products that unlock access to the global economy, by building a composable, resilient, and performant financial platform. The Banking Services domain within Block Financial Platform is responsible for our connections and rails into traditional banking infrastructure in 8 countries: payment rails such as ACH, wires, check deposits, and instant transfer methods, as well as core bank account linkage, verification and authorization functions. A single, centralized banking stack that serves multiple products at Block at scale with efficiency, resilience, and speed. We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to join the Banking Services team within Block Financial Platform. You will own a portfolio of platform capabilities that power bank account lifecycles and money movement across products, with a particular focus on reliability, regulatory compliance (e.g., NACHA and other local schemes), end-user experience and new product enablement for Cash App and Square. You Will Run your product like a business: help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more Banking Services domains (e.g., bank account linking, ACH and local bank transfers), grounded in clear objectives, metrics, and the needs of our brand product teams and end customers. Partner cross-functionally, with engineering, financial operations, risk, compliance, treasury and multiple partner product teams at Block to define roadmaps and deliver platform capabilities that are reusable, compliant, and scalable across Block. Own the end-to-end lifecycle for your capabilities - from opportunity discovery and requirements definition through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization - balancing new feature delivery with reliability, tech debt, and regulatory work.
