• Lead and manage and optimize the close process • Supervise and quality-check all bookkeeping activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements • Maintain and enforce accounting policies in line with GAAP and technical accounting standards • Own the audit process end-to-end — project manage external auditors and ensure timely completion • Manage all tax filings and extension renewals, including sales tax compliance across jurisdictions • Maintain a proactive compliance calendar so no deadline is ever missed • Coordinate with external tax accountants and legal counsel on technical accounting matters • Identify and implement process improvements across the accounting function • Continue and expand automation initiatives within the finance stack • Champion an AI-first mindset — actively evaluate tooling opportunities to drive efficiency • Build scalable workflows that support company growth without proportional headcount increases

• Lead the onboarding process from initial kickoff to successful go-live. • Deliver engaging training sessions and walk clinics through system setup. • Simplify complex workflows by explaining settings and best practices in clear, actionable terms. • Own the customer relationship during onboarding, ensuring responsiveness and clarity at every step. • Monitor progress and mitigate risks through proactive communication and issue resolution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to address questions and remove blockers. • Drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas to enhance onboarding processes, training materials, and team operations.

• Drive positioning and messaging for OptiMantra and Cerbo • Craft tailored value propositions for healthcare providers • Lead product launches from strategy through post-launch optimization • Develop sales enablement materials and provide ongoing competitive updates • Leverage AI tools for customer and market insights

• Build and execute an AI-first approach to product marketing, SEO/GEO, and content-driven growth • Create high-impact content, support sales with strong competitive positioning • Manage resources and build AI-powered workflows that improve insights, speed, and performance across marketing • Own keyword strategy aligned to high-intent segments • Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies • Identify content gaps and ranking opportunities using AI-supported research • Optimize content performance based on data and search trends • Write and produce blog content: Thought leadership, Whitepapers, Listicles • Create high-performing email content, including nurture sequences, sales emails, and promotional campaigns • Run A/B tests across: Educational vs. conversion-focused content, Messaging angles and tone, Formats including blogs, video, and infographics • Create segment-specific nurturing, sales cadences and messaging • Update sales decks, one-pagers, and supporting materials • Align website and sales messaging for consistency • Support product launches and GTM initiatives

• Lead the OptiMantra product squad: mentor, coach, and develop three PMs, holding them accountable to outcomes, not outputs • Be the voice of OptiMantra —represent the product line to leadership, engineering, sales, support, and customers with clarity and consistency • Own the product strategy and roadmap, working backward from outcomes (retention, activation, revenue, clinical efficiency) and prioritizing strategically • Stay hands-on: at our size, you still own product surface directly through discovery, specs, and shipping • Set the UX bar—hold the standard for clarity, guided experience, and simplicity across every feature and release • Talk to users every week: clinicians, practice managers, and front-desk staff to gather firsthand signal • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support; coordinate with the Cerbo Group PM when features span both platforms • Drive AI adoption across OptiMantra —AI Scribe is live; intelligent workflows, clinical decision support, and predictive tooling are next • Partner with the CPO on product strategy, org design, and long-term product vision
