Senior IT Application Manager

• You act as the primary point of contact for the business applications within your area of responsibility and advise stakeholders on their usage and further development • You analyze business requirements and processes and identify suitable software solutions that fit our existing application landscape • You manage external service providers and software vendors and serve as the interface between internal stakeholders and external partners • You support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new applications, including contract and licensing topics • You take ownership of the entire application lifecycle, from selection and implementation to ongoing optimization and enhancement • You contribute to the development of our application portfolio and support the standardization, harmonization, and integration of our systems landscape

Job Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable role
  • You have experience selecting, implementing, and managing standard software solutions, ideally including software licensing topics
  • You possess a strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by modern business applications
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, and interface management is considered an advantage
  • You are characterized by a structured, self-driven working style and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You are proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.
