Job Requirements
- Experience managing B2B sales in the Midwest
- Possess a background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to understand pricing, margins, and customer needs
- Comfortable working independently from a home office
- Ability to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)

Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist individuals in navigating Medicare programs. In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare options (Parts C & D as well as Med Supp/MediGap and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans based on their needs, and help with enrollment and transitions between plans. - Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. - Assist with plan enrollment and transitions. - Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations. - Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. - Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
