Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of prior work-related experience in AI
- Hands-on AI experience working with LLMs via API/SDK and deploying ML or DL models
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical inference
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning approaches
- Strong command of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Evaluate LLM outputs critically
- Familiarity with tokenization, context windows, and inference optimization
- Deep learning expertise including CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, transformers
- Practical experience implementing Reinforcement Learning algorithms
- Experience with model testing frameworks, model evaluation strategies
- Strong Snowflake/SQL skills
- Proficiency with pandas, NumPy, and data manipulation
- Experience with data quality assessment, cleaning, and validation
