• Instalación, administración, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas en entornos Veeam Backup & Replication. • Administración, soporte y troubleshooting en Veeam Karsten. • Gestión y operación de Veeam Data Cloud en entornos híbridos y cloud. • Administración de Veeam Enterprise Manager y Veeam One, incluyendo monitorización y reporting. • Instalación, administración, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias en IBM Storage Protect Suite (TSM). • Monitorización, análisis y optimización de infraestructuras de backup. • Gestión de políticas de retención, copias de seguridad y recuperación ante desastres (DR). • Ejecución de restauraciones y recuperación de datos en entornos críticos. • Resolución de incidencias y troubleshooting en plataformas de backup en producción. • Migraciones, upgrades y mantenimiento evolutivo de plataformas de backup. • Colaboración con equipos de sistemas, cloud y arquitectura en proyectos de infraestructura. • Automatización de tareas y mejora continua de procesos de backup y recuperación.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia sólida en administración de entornos de backup empresariales.
  • Experiencia demostrable en Veeam Backup & Replication (instalación, administración, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias).
  • Conocimientos en Veeam Karsten.
  • Experiencia en Veeam Data Cloud.
  • Conocimientos en Veeam Enterprise Manager y Veeam One.
  • Experiencia en IBM Storage Protect Suite (TSM) (instalación, administración, mantenimiento y troubleshooting).
  • Conocimientos en arquitecturas de backup, retención y recuperación de datos.
  • Experiencia en entornos críticos de producción y recuperación ante desastres (DR).
  • Capacidad de análisis, documentación técnica y trabajo en equipo.
  • Valorable experiencia en automatización de procesos mediante Ansible Automation Platform aplicada a entornos de almacenamiento y backup.

Role Description The In-Market Home Loan Advisor is responsible for home loan production from assigned branches and the local mortgage market. They will work closely with the Branch Managers, local realtors, and other market sources to generate home loan referrals. The advisors will be responsible for creating production strategies that will enhance the credit union’s market share in their assigned market(s). - Originate home loans by maintaining exceptional service levels and product knowledge. - Discuss home loan products and programs via phone, email, or in person. - Work with branch management and staff to educate and strategize to increase home loan production from members. - Develop market strategies to drive new membership and home loans to the credit union. - Collaborate with realtors and other business partners in the market. - Maintain membership in realtor groups and attend business development events. - Obtain and analyze pertinent financial and credit data. - Provide initial assessment of loan and product qualifications. - Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance. - Monitor home loan pipeline to ensure loans are attended to promptly and accurately. - Negotiate with members on counter offers or communicate declinations. - Interact with other advisors and fulfillment staff to ensure proper procedural compliance. - Consistently notate conversations with members in LOS. - Additional duties as assigned by Management.
