Role Description TEKenable is looking for an experienced Power Platform consultant for a permanent position working remotely in Pakistan. The suitable candidate will work as part of our overall managed services team, coordinating the delivery of service excellence through our dedicated managed services function. - Use existing skills in Power Platform/Dynamics configuration and development to support modern, cloud-based solutions. - Opportunity to broaden skills to other key Microsoft technologies including: - .NET - .NET Core - C# - Azure cloud - SQL Server - Microsoft 365 - JavaScript - SharePoint - Be a team player, self-motivated, decision maker, and keen to guide and manage existing support engineering personnel. - Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. - Possess excellent customer engagement skills and problem-solving skills. - Able to work on more than one project at a time and see tasks through to completion. Qualifications - Industry experience working in software support environments. - Experience in a .NET programming language, preferably C#. - Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate. - Experience in Data, UI, Logic, Data Verse, and Visualisations. - Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Strong customer engagement and delivery experience. - Experience with Azure / Cloud concepts. - Knowledge of ITIL Framework.
