• Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Growth team • Own the design and evolution of dashboards, north star metrics and analytical frameworks • Build and maintain data infrastructure at scale • Lead experimentation across the Growth domain • Influence technical direction across the data team • Embed AI tooling into workflow • Deliver insights through clear, data-driven storytelling
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
- Proven track record of building and owning data infrastructure at scale
- Deep expertise with dbt
- Strong experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines end to end
- Full mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency
- Deep hands-on experience designing, running and owning experimentation programs
- Experience deploying AI tools with demonstrable business impact
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor

This role bridges the gap between data services and business intelligence. - Orchestrate smooth data migrations, helping new clients transition their historical data (reservations, guest profiles, inventory) from legacy systems to Cloudbeds. - Act as a reporting strategist, coaching clients on how to leverage Cloudbeds’ reporting features to extract meaningful insights, track KPIs, and drive data-backed business decisions from day one.
