• Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on enterprise-level accounts. • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships. • Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers and demonstrate the value of Primer’s platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences, update cross-functional teams with feedback from prospects, continue to hone our Ideal Customer Profile and action upon unique insights derived from your knowledge of our customers. • Contribute to team projects focused on developing and refining our sales process and playbooks. Staying informed on industry trends and payment innovations to provide valuable insights to clients. • Provide consultative selling to identify customer challenges and present innovative solutions. • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain detailed records using CRM systems.

Role Description As a Correspondent Purchaser, you will be responsible for reviewing and purchasing closed loans from correspondent lenders, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and investor requirements. The position will collaborate with internal teams to evaluate loan quality, resolve issues, and manage the loan purchase process from start to finish. This role will perform all duties in accordance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. - Consistently complete/audit four (4) files per day, plus review conditions - Ensure all tasks are completed within the associated SLA. - Receive and review any outstanding purchasing conditions prior to purchase. - Complete a closed loan review to ensure documents were executed correctly. - Ensure all prior-to-purchase conditions have been met and set file up for purchasing. - Confirm all required documentation for the Collateral Package is satisfactory prior to purchase. - Follow up on requested documentation from Loan Delivery. - Work with appropriate parties to clear any outstanding conditions prior to loan purchase. - Assess signed loan documents for compliance with federal, state and local law and company policies and procedures. - Verify loan amount, all fees, rates, discount points, broker rebates and other loan amounts. - Review signed loan documents for correct signatures, notary information, title reports and escrow instructions. - Maintain highly confidential information concerning correspondent sellers. - Input loan information into the loan system(s). - Follow up with any post-closing issues that may arise. - Maintain a thorough working knowledge of company and regulatory changes that affect the closing process. - Resolve loan purchase discrepancies with the Accounting and Post Closing Departments. - Assist with departmental support staff when necessary. - Perform other related duties as assigned. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Insures confidentiality of patient information through HIPAA Compliance. - Maintains knowledge base on changes to reimbursement, including but not limited to specific managed care contracts, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and third party insurance payers. - Initiates appropriately timed correspondence and telephone contact to clarify and explain account or coverage situation with patients or guarantors, employers, insurance companies, and sponsoring agencies; obtains cooperation toward settlement of account. - Maintains accountability for the prompt processing of claims including billing, claims transmission, and the collection of those claims, for a set group of accounts assigned. - Obtains and follows up on all documentation needed in order to bill. - Notifies supervisor and data manager regarding any medical documentation requested by payer sources, or patients. - Investigates denials from insurance companies to insure claim resolution. - Prioritizes accounts to maximize dollars in collections. - Notifies supervisor of problem accounts and/or clinical issues that need to be addressed related to billing and collections. - Researches and resolves delinquent accounts to insure timely collections and reduce DSO. - Clearly notates databases as specified by supervisor. - Submits appropriate documentation for adjustments, write-offs, refunds or bad debt to the appropriate Supervisor, Accounts Receivable. - Communicates to supervisor any IT issues. - If Patient Account Associate is assigned to the cash application function, that party accurately and efficiently performs all duties related to the cash application function as outlined by supervisor. - Performs special projects as assigned and other duties as requested. QUALIFICATIONS Education Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally required through a high school education, with some post-secondary education preferred; additional training or working knowledge of related business. DHCH preferred requirements are: High school diploma or equivalent. Understanding of medical terminology, coding, third-party benefits, government payer regulations, collection techniques, and cash management experience is preferred. Must be computer literate. Excel experience is a plus.
