• Lead media strategy and execution for Chainlink's major announcements across DeFi, banking, capital markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins, interoperability, data, and compliance • Translate complex technical, institutional, and market-infrastructure developments into clear narratives for mainstream business, financial, crypto, and trade audiences • Secure high-quality earned coverage across top-tier business, financial, broadcast, crypto, fintech, and institutional trade publications • Build and maintain strong personal relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and bookers across financial services, technology, crypto, and capital markets • Identify the right targets for each announcement; mainstream business outlets, financial television, crypto-native publications, trade media, podcasts, newsletters, and industry analysts • Own the full announcement process: strategy, press materials, targeted pitching, embargo management, spokesperson prep, interview coordination, coverage tracking, and post-launch reporting • Prepare executives and spokespeople for interviews, briefings, broadcast appearances, podcasts, conference media, and sensitive conversations • Write and refine press releases, pitches, messaging documents, Q&As, briefing materials, talking points, reactive statements, and reporter backgrounders • Monitor market, media, policy, and Web3 narratives to find timely openings for Chainlink to enter or shape the broader conversation • Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, ecosystem, legal, policy, marketing, social, and content teams to keep all external communications accurate and strategically aligned

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager People Team inquiries, providing timely, high-quality support. • Manage and resolve helpdesk requests, escalating complex issues as needed. • Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and HR administration. • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems. • Create and maintain knowledge base content, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. • Support compliance, records management, audits, and policy administration activities. • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and operational best practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the employee experience.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to join the industry-leading Chainlink Data team. This role sits at the intersection of financial markets, real-time data infrastructure, and distributed systems. - You will work on products that bring high-quality global market data onto blockchain networks across both private and public ecosystems. - The systems you help build operate in latency-sensitive environments where reliability, market structure awareness, and execution quality matter. - As a Product Manager, you will own product direction from strategy through delivery. - You will work closely with engineering, research, GTM, and infrastructure teams to drive roadmap execution, shape product requirements, and ensure products are delivered at a high operational standard. - We are looking for entrepreneurial product managers who combine strong product intuition with execution rigor, care deeply about how products are built and shipped, and thrive in fast-moving technical environments. This leader will architect the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Chainlink to serve the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets across asset issuers, distribution platforms, custodians, payment processors, and other financial institutions. You will build a solution that unifies compliance, transparency, and interoperability through Chainlink products — CRE, ACE, CCIP, Data — and ecosystem partnerships. In this role, you will act as a founder & owner within the company — navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and building toward global product-market fit. Responsibilities - Identify strategic and emerging use-cases for traditional financial companies who are interacting with digital assets. - Design and launch Chainlink’s product offerings to serve the prioritized use-cases, leveraging the Chainlink Runtime Environment. - Embed all Chainlink offerings - CCIP, ACE, Data - into the new products to ensure Chainlink can meet compliance and interoperability requirements of our customers. - Expand the offerings to ensure adherence to existing global regulatory requirements and standards. - Drive ecosystem adoption and cement Chainlink as a global standard for digital assets across all financial market segments. Preferred Qualifications - Experience scaling Web3 or fintech platforms with compliance-aware modules (e.g., AML, KYC, auditability). - Evangelist-level communication — able to align internal and external stakeholders behind a complex vision. - Product strategy and GTM experience in platforms with financial primitives or regulated flows. - Experience working on open financial protocols, programmable money systems, or cross-chain middleware.
