• Responsible for oversight/management of integration of ERP systems • Tracking, analyzing, helping to resolve issues • Communicating with management on any issues/delays that may impact go live • Strong project management experience who is a quick learner and ability to execute and deliver • Very proactive in knowing upcoming tasks and able to guide and manage functional teams to complete tasks on time • Responsible for managing 2-3 ERP's simultaneously • Have completed at least 3 ERP integrations - entire lifecycle • Lead and manage data migration workstreams as part of ERP implementation projects

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must)
  • 10+ years project management experience, some technical experience
  • Ability to be proactive and clearly communicate with coworkers across various functional areas within the company
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems
  • Experience planning for and working with business partners to extract needed data
  • Working with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts to prepare them for loads
  • Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute mock data loads into test environment
  • Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into production environment
  • 10+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies
  • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships
  • Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects
  • Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Ensures adherence to budget, schedule and scope and business needs using established Enterprise Project Management Office processes and standards. Establishes targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery and plans, organizes, controls, and evaluates projects from initiation to implementation.
