Role Description We are looking for a talented and results-driven Video Editor & Creative Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create high-converting visual content for TikTok and Instagram advertising campaigns, helping drive customer acquisition and business growth through compelling creatives. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong video editing and design skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics. - Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and paid social campaigns. - Design static and motion creatives optimized for conversion and user engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas. - Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing purposes. - Analyze creative performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. - Identify emerging social media trends and adapt content accordingly. - Optimize existing creatives based on campaign results and audience insights. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a performance-focused approach. Qualifications - Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for social media advertising. - Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising creatives. - Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. - Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creative strategies. - Ability to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds. - Strong knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
