Account Executive, SMB Team

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories • Sell products, services and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals • Analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services • Tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking • Identify customer needs • Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories • Negotiate and close deals • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting • Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
- Task Management ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
- Effective negotiating and closing skills (Required)
- Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)

• Build positive line of communication (based on mutual respect, trust, integrity, and clear, honest and open dialog) to maintain and enhance relationships with clients. • Ownership of overall client satisfaction by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining contact with clients to ensure FACTS is meeting their needs. • Meet face to face with each client at least two times per year at school location. • Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions to existing clients. • Work closely across FACTS Operations and technical teams to resolve client related problems and issues. • Advocate for client needs, such as new features, services and programs needed to enhance the level of services and solutions offered by FACTS. • Actively participate in the evaluation of new product client requests. • Work closely with technical support to understand the breadth and limitations of the client product solutions. • Leverage relationships to expand FACTS solutions utilized by exiting clients. • Attend trade shows, conference and other events as needed to support client communication and engagement. • Gather competitive information to assist in continually evaluating market position. • Facilitate timely communication with FACTS Sales and Account Managers regarding client related issues. • Work collaboratively with RVP Team, Account Managers, and other departments to develop a strategic customer service plan and to resolve any customer issues.
